Viton O-ringfor better sealing than RTV/Gasket alone( RTV is still recommended to add)
No need for an oil pan brace, extra thick 0.650" flange for FC3S models, 0.50" for FD3S increases rigidity and sealing substantially. The FD3S oil pan is 7mm thick( 0.275 inches) near the motor mounts, so the engine will raise about 6mm. The FC3s oil pan is 7.5mm thick near the motor mounts, which will raise the engine by 6.5mm on the turbo side only.
Trap door baffle system designed to prevent oil starvation under track conditions( this has been track tested before and after with datalogs proving results)
Increased oil capacity( FC3S 1 additional quart, FD3S 1.5+); Does not sit below OEM subframe for both models
External fins for increased oil heat transfer
1/8 NPT oil temp sensor bung for both models
FC3S models feature boss location to easily add oil drain port for non turbo engines, or extra vent location( 10AN ORB, pre machined, but requires drilling for use)
OEM FC3S model does not have provisions for low oil level sensor, the FD3S model does support the OEM low oil level sensor.
